Well, do you ever wear contact lenses? Do you know about Acuvue? Well, if not, but you may have heard of their parent company Johnson & Johnson. Everyone who has shopped for baby products will be familiar with their brands. They are well known for advertising themselves as a company that you can know and trust. They are one of the biggest producers of health care products in the world.

In Florida, a division of J&J called Vistakon invented the first ever soft disposable contact lenses. They gave them the brand name of Acuvue.

And now, Acuvue contact lenses are the best selling brand of worldwide!
With such a great track record, it’s understandable that many people wish to try Acuvue lenses. If you are keen to get colored lenses, Acuvue have two ranges for you to choose from:

1. Acuvue 2 Colours Opaques
The lenses in this range change the color of light or dark eyes and there are lots of lovely colors to choose from. These have the added bonus that you may be able to choose a combination of two colors for an even more natural effect if:

a) you are ordering non sight-correcting (plano) lenses or
b) if you have an identical prescription for each eye.

If you need a different strength lens in each eye than you can only choose one color, but they are such great colors that it isn’t such a drawback!

The available color are Chestnut Brown, Deep Blue, Hazel Green, Jade Green, Pearl Gray, Sapphire Blue or Warm Honey.

These lenses are designed to be worn every day for two weeks and then replaced.

2. Acuvue 2 Colours Enhancers
These colored lenses are designed to intensify the color of light eyes. As with the Opaques, you may choose a combination of two colors if:

a) you are ordering non sight-correcting (plano) lenses or
b) if you have an identical prescription for each eye.

If not, just choose from Caribbean Aqua, Pacific Blue and Sea Green. These are also disposable after two weeks.
