Hari ini dapat email dari directi, registrar tempat saya ambil domain, bahwa per tanggal 30 September 2008 ini akan ada penyesuaian harga domain lagi. Untuk domain .com/.net/.biz/.info/.name/.org nantinya akan ada penyesuaian harga menjadi Rp.85000 per tahun. Bagi teman-teman yang mempunyai domain yang akan expired dalam waktu dekat ini, silakan perpanjang sebelum tanggal 30 September ini untuk mendapatkan harga lama.

BlackBerry Dominates Corporate Smartphones
The BlackBerry smartphones continue to be the choice of corporate users, according to a report by ChangeWave. The corporate IT spending survey indicated nearly three-in-four respondents (73%) cited Research In Motion (RIM), the manufacturer of the popular BlackBerry devices, as their company’s smartphone.
The Blackberry ranks second with a Very Satisfied rating of 47%, though the survey notes this represents an unusually large 8-pt decline from the previous measure. Palm receives its lowest corporate satisfaction rating in a ChangeWave survey yet, with only 10% of corporate users saying their company is Very Satisfied with the Palm Treo. Tobin Smith said that there are many corporate customers are very satisfied with the RIM Blackberry smartphone, which may mean there’s a problem brewing for the Canadian manufacturer.

The Unlimited Plan by Sprint
Recently, Sprint has announced the Simply Everything plan, a domestic unlimited pricing plan that gives customers unlimited voice, data, text, email, Web-surfing, Sprint TV, Sprint Music, GPS Navigation, Direct Connect and Group Connect for $99.99 a month.
This plan is available to customers on both Sprint’s CDMA and iDEN networks. Existing customers can switch without extending their current contract either by contacting customer service or by stopping by any participating Sprint retail location. New line activations require a two-year agreement.

Mobile Music Revenues Set to Reach $17.5 Billion by 2012
According to a new report by Juniper Research, total value of the global mobile music market is expected to rise to more than $17.5 billion by 2012, driven by rental music services and full-track downloads.
Dr Windsor Holden said it’s fair to say that 2007 marked the tipping point as far as mobile music adoption was concerned. Far more subscribers began downloading and subscribing to music content in developed markets, and it must be said that that the publicity surrounding the iPhone launch undoubtedly contributed to consumer awareness of mobile music services per se.
However, the Juniper report also argues that current prices for ringtones are unsustainable and that the market for such services may already have peaked in a number of developed markets, arguing that competitive pricing allied to a steady migration to ad-funded and/or self-generated ringtones will lead to a gradual decline in global ringtone revenues.

The new Push-to-Talk features has added to Nextel Direct Connect by Sprint, it bringing NextMail’s push-to-send voice messages to email addresses, and Direct Send’s push-to-send pictures or contact info. With this features, users can push-to-send voice messages to any email address using NextMail. Select a contact from the address book, push the Direct Connect button, speak to record the message and release the button to send the message to an email address. The recipient will receive an email in their Inbox with a link they can click to listen to the message and respond back to the sender via text. NextMail is available for $7.50 per month.
