The Angkor Wat
What can you see in this Angkor Wat from Cambodia? Feel wow? This architecture built by Suryavarman II, it is seen as the masterpiece of Khmer architecture representing the south-east Asian Khmer Empire, signifying world’s larges sacred temple complexity. The temples spread out over around 64 km (40 miles) around the village of Siem Reap. Its water moats and concentric walls symbolize the Hindu cosmos, with its oceans and the Meru mountain at the center of its universe. This has inspired new kings to built temples to honor both the god and himself with eventually became his tomb after his death.
